Returns or exchange
It can always happen that a product does not meet your wishes or expectations. In this case, you can easily return the product within 30 days of receipt via the return portal.

Can I return my products?
We ask you to pack the product in its original condition in its original packaging (if reasonably possible). View and rate the product just as you would in the store. For example: take an outdoor fireplace out of the box and look at it from all sides, but do not immediately light a fire in it. If the product is incomplete, contaminated or used: Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse it.

Exchange a product?
In the return portal you can indicate whether you want to exchange a product for another product of the same price range. When you indicate this, you will receive the new product one day after receipt of your return.
It can happen that a product is no longer in stock or is out of stock, in this case we will refund the purchase price so that you can look for yourself for an alternative. If you want to receive the new product at a different address or day, please contact us.
